Prepare the Package
Securely pack your gear in its original box, ensuring all tags are attached and the equipment shows no signs of field use.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return shipment.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
